    Provider Screening

    Confidential conversations with Provider Teams (Banks, Capital Providers) begin. Client remains confidential during initial process, providers vetted for fit and capabilities.

    Intro and Interest

    Client is introduced after Provider Team is vetted and their indications of interest are provided. Provider Team includes relationship manager, team lead, and credit decision maker.

    Structure and Negotiation

    Halden works with Provider and Business to structure and obtain approval for the final solution.

    Closing and Funding

    Halden works with Provider administration to get closing conditions cleared and ensure funding is on time. He reviews documentation, ensuring final documents are feasible.

    Post-Closing

    Halden works to get remaining accounts opened, treasury optimized, and monitoring sound and efficient.
